Additional Service Terms

Effective date: 10 January 2022

Visiosto can offer various different services. Services may have additional terms that apply to them on top of the General Service Terms. Below, we’ve listed those services along with the corresponding additional terms that apply to them.

By using or ordering these services, you also agree to the applicable Additional Service Terms listed below. A violation of these is a violation of the agreement. The terms defined in the General Service Terms also have the same meanings in these terms.

WordPress Service

Visiosto WordPress Service contains a WordPress website that is hosted for you. It also contains one or more domains for the website. The service is billed on a recurring basis.

You may not use the service or any part of it in violation of this agreement. Additionally, the service should not be used for

  • high bandwidth or performance uses,
  • using our servers to disrupt or to gain or to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any service, device, data, account, or network, or
  • any other activity unrelated to the intention of the service.

You can create accounts to the service. The accounts can be used for content administration and editing the content. You are responsible for your own account and for all accounts that you create. You are also responsible for all activity that happens through those accounts. An account’s owner is responsible for the login credentials of that account and may not share those with anyone else. We will also have an account in the service for support and for enforcing this agreement.

You and the end user must have compatible technology, like internet connection, to use the service and access the content. We are not responsible for providing those.

By its nature, the service may also have interruptions from time to time and the service may not be available always and everywhere. We cannot control those interruptions. We are not responsible for any harm caused by those interruptions.

We are not responsible for any harm caused to the end user by the service.

In these additional service terms, ‘end user’ means any person or machine that accesses the content.
